What’s the book about?
A magical Christmas adventure that takes the kid in Santa’s fun realm; helping the elves load the sleigh and riding with the big man. It teaches all about the joy of giving and not just receiving.
Is the book hardcover or soft cover?
Currently our books are available worldwide in our Classic Softcover edition, featuring a thick card cover with a matte finish, and thick child-friendly pages.
What age are the books appropriate for?
The book is perfect for children aged 0-7.
How big is the book?
The books are 20 × 20 cm, with portrait orientation. Just right for little hands of your child.
Are your books environmentally friendly?
Yes, all of our books are digitally printed on thick, uncoated, environmentally-friendly paper.
How do I order a book?
Create your book by entering the child’s name on our home page, selecting 'boy' or 'girl', and choosing which of the three characters you'd like to use to represent the child. You’ll then be taken to another page to add more information such as the friends names and parents names to make the book even more personal.
Then you will be taken to order page where you can preview the whole book, make any changes, and add special options like who is the gift from.
Once you’re happy with your book just click the ‘Add to Basket’ button, where you can finalise your order and place your payment.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing! No matter where in the world you live it won’t cost you anything to have your lovely book sent to you.
You pay only extra fees for express delivery depending on where you want your book sent to (express delivery is not available during Christmas season).
How will my book be packaged?
Each book is packaged in an environmentally-friendly cardboard wraparound envelope to avoid any damage in the mail.
Do you have issues with your order?
Send us an email to email@example.com and we will address your issue right away in less than 24 hours
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t begun to print.
Each order placed has a 24 hour grace period in which you can edit, or cancel your order. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the 24 hours to request a change or a cancellation and we will confirm back to you if it is possible.
There’s something wrong with my book
We’re really sorry about that. Just send us an email to email@example.com telling us what the problem is, and we’ll help you out as soon as possible.
If it’s printed incorrectly, we’ll send you a free replacement.
I’m having trouble completing my order, help!
Most times switching to a different browser or device will help with website issues so it may be worth giving that a try first.
If you’re still not having any luck, you can get in touch with us by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with information about the issue.
Can I return my book for a refund?
Unfortunately not. The books are all specially printed for each customer, which means the books cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can order through our website using credit card - Visa, Mastercard, or Amex, and we accept PayPal as well.
Can we pay cash on delivery?
We’re sorry, payment is done only online using a credit card
I am sending my gift directly to the child. Will an invoice or anything showing the dollar amount spent be included with the gift?
No, the dollar amount spent will not be included with the package. Many of our customers have their gifts sent directly to the recipient. Invoice information is never included on the packing slip.
Every order qualifies for FREE Standard Shipping, to anywhere in the world.
Orders sent with our free standard shipping option are sent via regular post. These orders are generally untracked and won’t have tracking numbers available to view your parcel as it makes it's way to you.
How much is delivery time?
The delivery time depends on where you would like to ship the book to. Remember, it is printed just for you, special and unique presents just take more time. It could vary from 5 days to 3 weeks, please consult the table below to know more, these are ESTIMATED times only.

I haven't received my book yet, where is it?
If it has exceeded the estimated time of delivery, drop us a line on email@example.com and we will investigate and get back to you.

Although we aren't currently reachable by phone, we are available online to answer any query you might have!
